Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept medical insurance, but we do accept Flexible Spending and Healthcare Savings Account payments.
Do I have to fill my prescription with Le Chi to complete the order?
No, you are more than welcome to order only the frames and fill the prescription elsewhere.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on lechieyewear.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Orders” from the menu, and tah dah!
When should I expect my order?
Orders take between 7-10 business days to complete.
After I have placed my order, can I change my address or change my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, however, a request must be made before your order has been processed. Please reach out to us ASAP by email at info@lechieyewear.com, so that we can correct your order prior to shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Le Chi only offers shipping to Canada. If you would like to discuss additional international shipping options please email us at info@lechieyewear.com
What happens if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@lechieyewear.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number. We will definitely correct the problem as soon as possible!
